NextSona is developed by NextFeeder Labs. This Privacy Policy explains how the NextSona browser Extension and the public Remote page handle information.
Controller and contact. NextFeeder Labs is the developer and privacy contact for NextSona. For privacy questions or requests, email nextfeeder.ts@gmail.com. This page does not create an account or replace any rights you may have under the law.
1. Information we handle
Audio and video. When you explicitly activate a feature, the Extension may capture audio from the selected browser tab under the browser’s permission model. Audio is processed locally inside the Extension. The Remote controller does not receive or relay the audio stream.
Recordings. Recording starts only when you press REC. The resulting audio is kept in the Extension's local IndexedDB on the device running the Extension. You can play, export and delete recordings from the app. Recordings are not uploaded to NextFeeder Labs in normal operation. You are responsible for recording only content you own or are authorized to record.
Settings and session state. Preferences such as effects, AI mode, video settings and local session state may be stored using the browser’s local Extension storage so the app can restore your choices.
Local usage counters. The Extension keeps coarse counters for active usage time and completed sessions in local storage. They are used only to limit the frequency of the optional donation prompt. They are not analytics, are not sent to NextFeeder Labs and are removed when the Extension’s local data is cleared or the Extension is uninstalled.
Remote connection data. Remote uses a session-scoped identifier, a host identifier and a cryptographically random token supplied in the Remote URL fragment. The token remains valid while its audio session remains active so a temporary Remote disconnect or popup reopen can reconnect. The Remote page sends validated control messages, such as volume, pitch, vocal mode and video timing. PeerJS signaling and WebRTC connection setup may expose normal connection metadata such as IP address and timing to the relevant network service. The control token should be treated as private and should not be posted publicly.
2. Third-party services
The public site is hosted by Vercel. Like any static website host, Vercel may receive ordinary request metadata such as IP address, user-agent and request time under its own privacy policy.
The Remote connection uses the default PeerJS Cloud signaling service at 0.peerjs.com to discover and establish the peer connection. WebRTC negotiation may also contact Google's public STUN service and PeerJS TURN infrastructure, depending on network conditions. If a direct connection is unavailable, a TURN relay may carry the Remote data connection. These services may process technical connection metadata according to their own policies. NextSona's Remote protocol sends validated control data only; it does not send an audio stream.
The public site does not include analytics, advertising trackers, third-party font requests or remote JavaScript. Remote QR codes are generated locally inside the Extension; the Remote URL and token are not sent to a QR service. If you follow an optional support or donation link, that destination is operated by its own provider and its privacy policy applies there.
3. Retention and deletion
Local recordings, preferences and usage counters remain on your device until you delete them, clear the Extension’s site data, uninstall the Extension or the browser removes the relevant storage. A Remote token remains valid only for its active Extension audio session and becomes invalid when that session ends, the source tab closes or the Extension exits. Closing the Remote page alone does not end the audio session or invalidate the token.
To delete a recording, use the app’s delete action. To remove saved preferences, clear the Extension’s stored data in your browser. To end a Remote session, disconnect the Remote page and stop the Extension session.
4. Use of information
Information is used only to provide, maintain and troubleshoot the features you request, including audio effects, AI vocal processing, recording, video synchronization and Remote control. NextFeeder Labs does not sell information or use it for personalized advertising.
5. Security
The public Remote page uses a data-only protocol, validates outbound controls and does not execute content received from the Extension. The Extension also rejects oversized, malformed, unauthenticated and unsupported Remote commands. No security design can eliminate every risk, so keep session URLs and tokens private and use the public page over HTTPS.
6. Children and sensitive information
NextSona is a general-purpose creative tool and is not directed to children. Do not place personal, confidential or sensitive information in a Remote URL, recording title or support message.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when NextSona’s features or data flow change. The effective date and version at the top of this page will identify the current version. The policy describes the behavior intended for the current public release and will be updated before a material service change.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use disclosure
NextSona’s use and transfer of information received from Chrome APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Information received from Chrome APIs is used only to provide user-facing features requested by the user, is not sold, and is not used for creditworthiness or lending purposes.
