These Terms of Use apply to NextSona, developed by NextFeeder Labs, including the browser Extension, the standalone Web player and the public Remote page.
1. Use of the app
NextSona is a general-purpose audio practice and creative tool. You may use it only in accordance with applicable law, the rules of the websites and services you access, and any rights attached to the media you process.
You are responsible for having permission to capture, record, modify or play any media. Do not use NextSona to bypass access controls, copy content without authorization, or infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
2. Audio, AI and recordings
Audio effects and AI Vocal processing are designed to run locally. AI Vocal is a compact real-time model; separation quality varies with the song, mix and source quality. No particular vocal-removal result, latency or device performance is guaranteed.
Recordings are stored locally by the app under the browser's storage model. You are responsible for the content of recordings and for deleting or exporting them appropriately.
3. Remote control
Remote is a data-only controller for an active NextSona session. It sends validated control values and does not provide an audio stream. Treat each Remote URL and token as private. Anyone who obtains an active token may be able to control that session until it ends.
4. Availability and changes
Features depend on browser capabilities, device hardware, network conditions and third-party services used for Remote connection setup. We may change, suspend or discontinue a feature and may update these Terms when the product or its data flows materially change.
5. Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextSona is provided “as is” and without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Third-party software
Open-source components and the AI model are distributed under their own notices and licenses. Review Privacy and the notices included with the Extension or Web distribution for details.
